Noted photographer, filmmaker and photo collagist Stuart Bay Bay earned his MA in communications from Indiana University. He is a member of the 13th Street Gallery in Omaha and exhibits his work locally and regionally. Bay serves as program chair of the art department for Iowa Western Community College.
