Floyd Tunson’s multi-media work reflects the totality of his quest to comprehend and express these forces and their interconnectedness. Even his non-objective work is based on this dialectic, where uninhibited strokes play against geometric order. The artist holds a Master’s degree in Studio Art. His work is in the collections of the Denver Art Museum and the Walter O. Evans Collection of African-American Art, among others.
